Sr. Quality Engineer - Eastern Pa
The person will have responsibilities with In-process as well as supplier quality. Will be involved in root cause analysis of defective material or customer complaint. Develop and improve meaningful corrective action plans to prevent the reocurrence. Participate in cross functional teams to help being new products to market or initiate quality improvement.

Prefer an engineering degree and 3 + years of Quality assurance experience. Six Sigma training is preferred but not necessary. Will consider most manufacturing experience with the exception of the chemical and process industries.

Responsible for maintaining all production equipment, auxiliary equipment, and infrastructure for a  chemical plant. Also involved in the installation and updating of new equipment. (Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical maintenance desirable.)
Supervises the activities of the Maintenance Department (approximately 12 mechanics) through a Working Foreman.

Will have R&D design responsibility for developing product specification, design, prototype fabrication and testing. Prefer exp. in plastic part design, materials, injection molding and extrusion.

PROCESS - PRODUCTION ENGINEER / MANAGER - Pa.
Very profitable polymer products manufacturer. They are the World leader in their field. The company has a current need for a process engineer. However they want to fill the position with a person who will  be promoted to a Plant / Production Manager in one of three locations in 6 to 36 months. The plants are generally 110 person highly automated operations.The company has hired fast track,  engineers into this position in the past and promoted them very quickly. 

Responsibilities:
The initial responsibility will be standard process improvement, cost reduction, Quality, safety, capital  projects.
The next step will be technically based Plant / Production management duties. The company will hire a Manager right away, who would do process work for a period in time. The person could be currently an engineer, a Unit manager, large department technical production manager etc.

Requires: 
A technical degree ie. Chemical engineer, Mechanical engineer etc. An advanced MS or MBA degree would be desirable. Industry exp. in  polymers, resins, polymerization processing is highly preferred.

QUALITY ENGINEER - Southeast
BS Chem Eng. required should come from lean mfging Six Sigma environment. Needs 5 + years plant QA exp.

PROCESS ENGINEER - Southeast
BS Chem Engineer required, 3 or more years required prefer exp. from rubber, polmer  processing, fibers, molding films or coatings type of b/g. Will report directly to the Director Process Engineering.

RF / POWER AMPLIFIER DESIGN - Pa.
Will be involved in Senior level product design of Power Amplifiers. This a medical applications position but will consider any RF / Microwave amplifier work history. Requires BS EE and 5 or more years relevant experience. Excellent growing company.

PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEER - Eastern Pa.
This a consumer product design position. Prefer 5 or more years consumer industry exp. with 2 or more years in 3D software design and modeling b/g. Solidworks and FEA would be  preferred. Experience with injection molding, metal stamping and fabrication a plus.

HARDWARE DESIGN - NETWORK SYSTEMS - - Eastern Pa.
The position requires experience in the design of Network systems products such as various switches, switch platforms, routers, gigabit switches, interfaces, bridges etc. Requires expertise in network Protocols, TCP/IP, ethernet etc. SONET. requires a EE degree and three or more years exp. Excellent growing Telecommunications products mfger. This is division headquarters position.

PROCESS ENGINEER - PA.
Polymer products manufacturer. Prefer Chem E. or other degree with capital projects, process control, cost savings/efficiency improvement b/g. Knowledge of automated controls helpful. Highly prefer any POWDER manufacturing exp. to include particulate sizing etc. Excellent expanding company.

CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR DESIGN - Southern US
Prefer 5 or more years exp. in the design OCXO, TCXO and VCXO oscillators. This company is expanding.

VEHICLE CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEERS - 2 POSITIONS -  ILLINOIS
Responsibilities
Design electronic embedded control systems for heavy mobile equipment. Co-ordinate electronic system development. Interface with vehicle engineering, manufacturing, hydraulic and mechanical design, drive train design, test engineers, electrical design, and suppliers. Develop project plans and system requirements, organize and participate in system design reviews, FMEA's, code inspections and program reviews. Perform system integration and acceptance tests.

Requirements Minimum BSEE and 5 to 10 years experience designing real-time microcomputer-based control systems. Knowledge of control theory and structured methodology is required. Requires hands-on involvement and some travel.

PROJECT ENGINEER - Eastern Pa.
Plastics extrusion products manufacturer serving consumer products industry. Will have major capital projects responsibility into the $millions. Must have experience in project management, installation, machine design etc. b/g. Should have AUTOCAD 14 ability. This person will support multiple facilities.

PROCESS ENGINEER - Eastern PA
Responsibilities are to develop and maintain processing conditions for products manufactured. Troubleshoot production processes to optimize safety, quality, capacity and yield. Lead production optimization studies. Communicate formulation and processing information among R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Control. Coordinate internal audits for the plant quality and safety systems.

Requires a Degree and 5 or more years experience in the above. Prefer chemical process, polymers, plastics, resins, coatings, etc. experience. World-Class Manufacturer.

SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER -  PA.  
Position in newly formed department for a Senior Project Engineer in a communication cable manufacturing facility. Requires a candidate with an MS in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science along with at least 3 to 5 years experience in product development and / or application engineering and technology testing preferably in the data networking and wire cabling industry. An in-depth knowledge of LAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP and excellent project management and communication skills required also required.

APPLICATIONS ENGINEER - PA.  
Polymer coatings manufacturer seeks a degreed engineer or candidate with equivalent experience in customer service.  Will go to customer site to set-up, trouble-shoot, improve quality and introduce new products.  Customers are commercial furniture, appliance, automotive, commercial and industrial companies.  Excellent International chemicals company!

RF ENGINEER - Central PA.   
Will be involved in the design and manufacture of high performance RF assemblies. Will assist in troubleshooting manufacturing problems and be the liaison between engineering and manufacturing.  Requires a BSEE with 5 or more years experience in the design and fabrication of RF/microwave products. Exp with VCO's, LNA's limiters, power amps, power supplies, etc.


DSP ENGINEER - Central PA. 
 
Will design digital signal processing circuits for use in programmable complex audio tone decoders in command receivers.  Requires a BSEE and 3 or more years experience in the above.

QUALITY ENGINEER
 
Must know ISO 9000 procedures. Experience in quality inspections of operations throughout the process, ability to maintain inspection system and equipment. Experience with ASNT and UT Testing a plus.  Will be groomed as heir apparent for Quality Manager.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Prefer B.S. in M.E. and AutoCAD design exp. of capital equipment structural parts.  Limited knowledge of electrical control systems and controls helpful.  Will also be involved in some customer service.  2 or more years exp. preferred.
