Technology - New Position - Eastern Pa.
Summary:
1.
Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance
in professional development, prioritization and technology
direction.
2.
Manage an application portfolio that includes ERP,
Warehouse Management and Business Intelligence
investments, and guide decisions on investments in the
existing environment.
3.
Create a systems plan that supports the needs of
the
company
business and leverages the synergies available via the
organization.
4.
Manage an annual budget, continually balancing the
need to invest in game-changing technologies with the need
to drive productivity.
5.
Become a contributing member of the
companies
senior staff, leverage experience to drive the growth and
profitability of the business.
6.
Actively participate as a member of
the IT Leadership team, contributing insight and direction
to the division on systems-driven
initiatives.
Establish clear goals for the department and
manage to them using metrics and performance standards
that support the business priorities and strategic
objectives.
Requires:
·
Minimum of five years management
experience leading IT professionals in the implementation
of core business systems.
Demonstrated experience in leading complex
ERP
,
SC
P
or CRM implementations with a comprehensive understanding
of key business processes common to a consumer goods
manufacturer.
·
Minimum of ten years experience in Information
Technology in roles of increasing responsibility with
overall responsibility for budgeting, planning,
execution, people development and communication.
