responsible for the business units of Supply Chain, IT and
Procurment. Will be involved in an advisory role for all
aspects of HR as it applies to business strategies. Will
manage upstream through 7 VP's both domestic and European.
Applications would be compensation, policies and
procedures, training, legal, staffing etc.
Prefer Undergraduate degree + 7 years
or more experience in a global corporate setting. Or
preferred MS + 5 years global corporate level experience.
Cross cultural experience highly preferred ie. Foreign
language skills, International work assignments,
internships. Global corporate HR management development
rotational program would be of real interest.

Global $10 billion dollar manufacturer. The position is succession
planning for several corporate staff individuals who will
be retiring in approximately 5 years. The current position
is with a large non union manufacturing complex as the
number one HR position within the plant. The person will
be promoted within 4 years from this position to a
corporate headquarters capacity. Requires:
BS degree with an MS or MBA preferred. 5 or more years
plant manufacturing HR generalist responsibility. Non
union avoidance experience preferred. Top compensation and
